PROGEO Company (Germany)

PROGEO is an innovative corporation located in Großbeeren, near Berlin. The company develops and installs automated leak detection systems for controlling waterproofing or self levelling membranes on most industrial and civil sites. These systems are adapted for all types of waterproofing solutions. A chief feature of these systems is that they provide early warning and the precise location of the leak that may occur during the membrane's lifetime, ensuring the structure's integrity, prolonging its service life and preventing possible environmental contamination consequences.

PROGEO was founded in 1993. The company developed from an ecological technology engineering company. The company patented the Progeo Geologger total waterproofing leak tightness control process in 1990.

Under its founder and CEO Andreas Rödel, PROGEO has become a leading supplier of leak monitoring systems not only in Germany, but also on an international level. Progeo possesses two primary product lines for civil and construction monitoring.

The PROGEO company possesses numerous German and

European patents. In 1994 PROGEO received the

prestigious Berlin/Brandenburg Innovation Prize for the

geologger® system in the Special Prize for

Environmental Technology nomination.

In October 1997 PROGEO Holding AG was founded as a

stock company. Progeo shares are freely traded on the stock

exchanges of Frank am Main, Berlin, Bremen, Stuttgart and

Munich, as well as the Xetra electronic trading system.
